Module Objective
  • To ensure participants gain a thorough knowledge of all aspects of nutrition and its influence on career and personal life productivity
  • Provide participants with an exact picture of their daily consumption of all food groups
  • To ensure participants have the nutrition facts so they can make more productive informed choices for themselves and their families
  • Provide participants with specific strategies to assist them when:-

    - Eating out
    - Travelling
    - Shopping
    - Working
    - Food preparation

  • To ensure all participants have an accurate knowledge of exactly what is required for them to maintain / develop a sensible degree of fitness to benefit their life and career

  • Ensure all participants develop a personal program for improved health performance, which compliments their life commitments and priorities

  • To activate individuals to proactively manage their fitness levels

    Each participant receives a complete dietary analysis and a personal consultation with a health professional to ensure we modify this area of performance.
