- Approximately 40 1-hour coaching sessions

Part B
The focus is on the improvement of the Life Management, Health and Energy of the Executive to compliment their personal business success
Inclusions:
- A comprehensive and intensive program outlining,educating and assisting you manage your Health and Life Balance
- 2 initial ½ day workshops followed by fortnightly one on one consultations with you and/or your partner
- Day 1. Understanding Nutrition part 1& Energy Expenditure and Exercise part 1
- Day 2. Understanding Nutrition part 2 & Energy Expenditure and Exercise part 2
