This Program Focuses on the Executive Team
This program focuses on the Team Leaders of the organisation who are responsible for driving the business forward
Often this program will accommodate the business owner / CEO and 3 or 4 of the company’s key personnel
The focus of this program is on the development of the Performance of the Participants and their cooperation as an effective team so they can drive the business forward in highly competitive markets
Inclusions:
- Delivery of the UP Business Development Program and Business Analysis Report Questionnaire as a structured and systematic way of analysing your business and to identify areas of improvement and opportunities within it.
- 5 initial ½ day workshops with the group
-Day 1 Focus is on the individual team members and business performance
-Day 2 Focus is on the team’s cohesion and synergy in business delivery
-Day 3 Focus is on the groups areas/strategies for growth within the organisations goals
-Day 4 focus is on implementation to increase sales, decrease cost of sales & to improve revenue
-Day 5 Delivery of Strategies to assist the group Manage Pressure and improve participant’s life balance to improve the business

- Approximately 15 x 1.5 hour team coaching sessions, approximately one every fortnight
